i was absolutely scandalized at the lack of slippers and amenities in my room. what a faux pas for a so-called 4-star establishment. also, the noise in the corridor was unbearable. i almost thought about giving a good review, but since no one even bothered to check on my comfort, i just couldn't bring myself to do it.

I absolutely loved the cozy garden and relaxing pool area which were perfect after a day of wandering through the nearby parc des thermes, only 500 meters away, and enjoying the breathtaking views from montecatini alto, almost 2 km uphill. this family-run hotel made us feel right at home during our stay, and the attentive staff were always ready to help us plan our day trips.
